However, it should be noted that some hotels may occasionally make changes to their conditions. Therefore, it is important to contact our sales representative to learn about the current conditions or read the details on the Proforma invoice after receiving your reservation confirmation.
You can contact our sales representative to learn about the current conditions of the hotel you wish to make a reservation at. Our sales representative will provide you with the necessary details about the hotel's policies, cancellation periods, options for making changes, and other significant information. This way, you will have accurate information when making your camping plans or organizing your tournament travel.
After confirming your reservation, we recommend that you carefully review the Proforma invoice provided to you. This invoice contains the details of your reservation, total fees, payment dates, and other important information. By reading the Proforma invoice, you can fully understand the conditions of your reservation and the payment methods.
To easily book your trip, you can use the payment methods specified on the Proforma invoice. Generally, common payment options such as credit card or bank transfer are available. When making payments, it is important to consider the specified deadlines and requirements.

- Reservation and Payment Conditions

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a proforma invoice containing the details of your reservation. This proforma invoice will include the total amount you need to pay and the deadline for the final payment.
Please carefully review your reservation documents to confirm the accuracy of all reservation details. If any information is incorrect or missing, please contact your sales representative. We will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.
To make a reservation, we require a 25% (Golf package) advance payment per person. If there are less than 56 days remaining until your arrival date, full payment is required for your reservation to be processed.
If you also want us to make flight reservations for you, you may need to make a full payment equivalent to the flight fare amount.
Golftravel.com.tr reserves the right to make changes and corrections to your reservation without prior notice.
We would like to remind customers who wish to make bank transactions to foreign countries, especially those coming from non-EU countries, that it may take 3-4 business days for the funds to reach our account.
For bank transactions, transaction fees are to be covered by the customers.

- Hotel Cancellation Conditions

If there is more than 14 days until your arrival date and you cancel your reservation, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If there is a time period between 14 and 7 days until your arrival date, and you cancel your reservation, 60% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If there is a time period between 7 and 2 days until your arrival date, and you cancel your reservation, 80% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If there is a time period between 2 and 1 day until your arrival date, and you cancel your reservation, 95% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations made on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
The above-mentioned cancellation fees may not be applied in cases where you have special circumstances, such as health issues, accidents, or funerals. However, the hotels may require a doctor's report or other documents in order to receive a refund. If these documents are provided, a refund of the respective amount can be arranged (subject to the hotel's discretion).

- Flight Cancellation Conditions

The total amount for the booking of the flight ticket is collected during the ticketing process. The conditions for possible cancellations and changes may vary according to the rules implemented by the airline companies.
Payments made for canceled flight tickets are not refunded by the airlines, but certain requests such as name or date changes may be possible for a specified fee in some airlines.
If you choose a suitable flight ticket, we will provide detailed information about the payment, cancellation, and change policies implemented by the airline with which we will make the reservation.
